We accept Paypal and credit cards.

• Paypal

  Use your existing PayPal account and pay for your order. It's quick, simple, and safe. We usually receive notification of payment from PayPal immediately and can therefore process your order without delay.

• Credit card/ debit card*

  Prefer to use a card? You can also pay with your credit card as a Paypal guest. Simply choose "Pay with a card" upon checkout. No Paypal account needed!

  *For some countries, Paypal guest checkout (pay with a card) is not available due to local banking regulations.

• Order Cancellation Policy

  There will be a 4.4 % of transaction fee charged by Paypal upon order confirmation. Regardless future order status (complete or cancelled), this transaction fee is not refundable by Paypal. Please note that for any order cancellation requests, even though the order has not been shipped yet, the 4.4% of transaction fee will be deducted from the order amount to be refunded. If you have any questions or doubts about the product or fitment and require assistance, we strongly suggest contacting us before placing the order.

• Shipping issues related to customs in your country

  If your package is returned or seized by customs officials for any reason, we will only issue a refund if all products are returned to us in their original condition. Refunds will not cover any shipping charges or fees paid to the local government. The same condition applies if you refuse your order due to inability to pay customs tax. If you have any questions, we encourage you to contact your local customs office as we cannot provide guidance on your country's customs policies.

• Shipping issues related to duties and VAT in EU or UK

  By placing an order, you agree to pay any applicable duties, VAT, and any Handling Fee, Disbursement Fee, or Advance Payment Fee charged by Royal Mail, FedEx, DHL, or another courier upon collection before delivery. If the parcel is returned to us due to non-payment of these charges, we reserve the right to deduct any related costs before issuing a refund.

• Shipping issues related to tariffs and fees in the United States

  Due to new U.S. tariff policies effective after 2025-08-29, orders shipped to the United States will include applicable tariff charges, except for orders shipped via the Gift Shipping option, which are processed as personal gift shipments.

  As a result, the shipping fee for U.S. destinations may appear higher than before. However, this fee already covers tariff costs and additional carrier surcharges that would otherwise be imposed upon import. This helps ensure a smooth delivery process and prevents unexpected charges upon arrival.

  Please note that customs authorities make the final determination on duties and taxes (including any applicable tariffs), and tariff exemption cannot be guaranteed. If a parcel is returned due to refusal of delivery, we reserve the right to deduct all associated shipping and handling costs before issuing a refund.

  Gift Shipping availability: Gift Shipping is offered only for eligible items and will appear at checkout when available.

Shipment

We typically offer free post office economy shipping worldwide.

However, due to ongoing global logistics challenges, some postal services are experiencing delays caused by changes in transportation routes and operations. While we strive to maintain our usual service standards, shipping times may occasionally be longer than expected.

If your country is listed in the chart below, free shipping may not be available at the moment.
Please checkout with express couriers — they provide reliable service and can deliver your parcel, although some delays may still occur.

For countries not listed, free shipping still applies, but please note that transit times may vary.

  * Standard delivery to Canada sometimes could take up to 1 to 3 months, it's very unstable so we strongly recommend to choose expedited service.

  **Correios (Brazil Post) that it has imposed an additional postage fee of R$15 on all international parcels handled by customs. Please be aware that this postage fee is mandatory while you are shopping. You will need to add a tracking code on the Correios (Brazil Post) website and pay for the fee by Boleto or credit card. Payment can be made online directly, and you can login the Order Tracing Link. (https://www2.correios.com.br/sistemas/rastreamento/)
  You have 30 days to pay. If no payment is made within 30 days, the parcel will be returned to the sender's address. Once you have completed the payment, Correios (Brazil Post) will send the parcel to your designated address.

  ***PostNord must make sure that VAT is paid before any goods can be delivered. Recipients will be notified by either sms or a letter with information on how to pay the VAT and VAT declaration fee. Once these charges have been paid, the parcel will be delivered to the recipient or service point. The VAT declaration fee for individuals is normally SEK 75 including VAT for parcels with a declared value less than SEK 1,600 and SEK 125 including VAT for parcels with a declared value of SEK 1,600 or above as a declaration for customs tariff is also necessary in these cases.
