This deposit is used to compensate for the unsuccessful delivery of the order ID specified in the "NOTE " field. By paying the deposit, you agree to pay the possible charges once the package needs to be returned to us or destroyed locally due to missing VAT number or unpaid duties/taxes/VAT. Under normal circumstances, this deposit will be refunded within 5 days after the successful delivery, minus 4.4% paypal transaction fee.
