→ What does IP67 waterproof rating mean?

IP67: Ingress protection, Solid particle protection, Liquid ingress protection

IP6x is the highest dust resistance rating, so this product is fully protected against dust.
IPx7, the second-highest water resistance rating, means this product can withstand immersion in water up to one meter (3.3 feet) for 30 minutes, tested in laboratory conditions.

How to install the mirrors on Harley?

  1. 元のミラーとナットを外します。元の内歯形フラットワシャーを保存しておきます。
  2. ミラーを安定させるために、ハンドコントロールに平ワッシャーを置いて、新しいミラーステムのボルトをハンドコントロールに通して取り付けます。
  3. 先にLEDミラーの電線(灰色)を接地線のリングターミナル(2)に通して、そしてミラーステムのボルトもリングターミナルに通して取り付けます。
  4. 電線(灰色)を先にワイヤーガード(3)に通して、そしてミラーステムのボルトもワイヤーガードに通して取り付けます。
  5. 平ワッシャー(4)をミラーステムのボルトの底から付けます。
  6. エイコーンナット(5)をミラーステムのボルトに取り付けます。
  7. 8-12 ft-lbs (10.8-16.3 Nm)のトルク値で締めます。締めすぎないように気をつけてください。
  8. ミラーを最適な位置と角度に調整します。

註：
電線に損傷を与えないように、電線付きミラーのボルトにはワイヤーガードがちゃんとつけるのを確かめてください。

    ATTENTION!Oi Flash Controller is designed to replace a 3-pin flasher relay ONLY (not for a 4 or 5 pin relay, it will destroy the device).

  • Connect to the Turn Signal

    ♦ There is no need to replace the relay when using this product with exisiting blinkers.
    ♦ Relay is needed when using this product as the only turn signal.
    ♦ Minor modification might be required depending on motorcycles.

    Check the wiring of the vehicle on the manufacturer service manual, and connect the turn signal wiring with the attached electro tap.
    Also, please wire the position line (white) of this product to the accessory power supply of each vehicle.

    In order to use this product safely please understand and work on the followings:
  1. These are not plug & play parts, motorcycle electrical knowledge is required.
  2. For removal / installation of genuine parts and tightening of bolts / nuts, please be sure to perform based on the manufacturer's issued service manual.
  3. We are making every effort to manufacture and making sure its quality, but please do not install if there is any incompleteness in the item if any.
  4. Please stop using it immediately if any faults happen.
  5. Although this device has been designed to significantly increase your lighting visibility, flash/strobe patterns may not be street legal in your area.
  6. *Protected from dust / Protected against the effects of immersion in water to depth between 15cm and 1 meter.
  7. Minor modification might be required.
  8. Warranty is voided if any of the above are not followed.
  9. Newer Harley-Davidsons run the "indicator flash rate" through the OEM TSM/TSSM modules. You can not use Oi flash controller if the OEM TSM/TSSM modules include the circuit of your motorcycle.
